These terms apply to your use of the Goal Seek Plus add-on for Google Sheets™ ("the add-on"), published by lnz ("we"). By installing or using the add-on you agree to them.
Use of the add-on
You may use the add-on for personal and commercial purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or misuse the add-on.
How it works on your data
While solving, the add-on writes trial values into the input cell you select and leaves the best value found in that cell. You can restore the previous value from the sidebar. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them.
No warranty
The add-on is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Numerical methods may not find a solution, or may find one of several possible solutions. We do not guarantee that results are correct, complete or suitable for any particular purpose, including financial, legal or engineering decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the add-on.
Paid features
The add-on is currently free. If paid features are introduced, their pricing and terms will be shown before you buy, and the current free functionality will not be reduced for existing users without notice.
Changes and termination
We may update the add-on or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You can stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
